A quick guided meditation for when you only have a minute.
One minute is good enough.
Come into the body by taking a few deep breaths.
In through the nose, and out the mouth as if you're blowing out a candle.
Twice more on your own timing.
In ... and out.
In ... and out.
Imagine the waters of your mind for a moment.
The water is calm, peaceful.
Allow yourself a moment of complete peace in the mind.
Take a deep breath to bring that calmness in through the rest of your day.

It’s said that 20 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equal to 4 hours of sleep! 😴 This restorative and relaxing practice can send you off to sleep or serve as a little yogic nap.
